With this package, I will oversee TWO social media platforms of your choice. This includes utilizing the platform's specialized features (ex. Instagram stories and reels). Choosing the right platform for your business is critical! You want to ensure you are reaching your target audience. Not sure which platforms are best for you? I can help you identify the best options for your business type and desired customer!

Posts per week

It is important to maintain consistent posting! Selecting this package will give you THREE main posts per week for each platform. These posts will be unique and customized to your business, whether that be using local images from your business; or creating new graphics. I will also create a customized posting schedule using built-in platform features to reach your target audience at the right time!

Stories per week

Stories are a fun feature that are primarily used on Instagram and Facebook. This type of post is great when highlighting events, reviews, community involvement, and more! Stories are different from main posts because they have a 24hr lifespan but can be added permanently to your feed as a "Highlight" feature. This package will give you THREE stories per week for both platforms if the feature is available!

Reels/Videos per month

Video content is extremely popular within many audience groups! Other social media platforms have been integrating video features to keep up with this shift in preference caused by the popularity of TikTok. This package offers TWO reels (or vertical videos) per month! Consumers love to put a face to the business they are working with, but not to worry, if that is not for you, there are many ways to create unique and effective videos without you needing to be the "star of the show."

Audience engagement

Posting content is only one aspect of social media! Interacting with your audience is one of the best ways to establish your brand and credibility online. One mistake many businesses make is deleting or ignoring negative comments! It may seem like the right thing to do to help your image, but doing this could hurt you even more than leaving the comments up and reaching out to the user to resolve the issue. I will take on this process for you and respond to DMs, comments, shares, and mentions!

Monthly reports and meetings

I will also provide monthly reports for how your business is doing on the platforms you have chosen by tracking key analytics using built-in features from the platform itself. It's nice to have posts and images of your business online, but that may not be your only goal, and you would like to see if your money and my efforts are producing positive ROI. I get that! I offer monthly meetings within all of my packages to ensure that my clients are informed about the numbers and analytics I track!
